InterQuest are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Oversight Analyst to join the team of a leading motor finance company. You will be responsible for ensuring that the oversight framework remains effective, compliant, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This is a key role that spans both first and second-line teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and high performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various business areas to monitor and test key IT processes, support strategic development activities, and ensure that oversight and compliance activities meet industry regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive oversight framework for all IT and Strategic Development activities, ensuring that internal policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to across all relevant channels (telephony, written, email, digital). Ensure the team is fully compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR. Work with IT and Strategic Development teams to analyse data and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that processes support positive customer outcomes and addressing any potential risks to service. Conduct monthly monitoring and control testing to assess the effectiveness of internal processes. Partner with the wider Compliance team to ensure that the oversight framework meets regulatory and organizational expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships across relevant business areas, keeping senior management informed of oversight findings and ensuring any concerns are escalated appropriately. Leverage operational tools and management information to identify opportunities for enhancing oversight activities, tailoring monitoring based on transactional data insights. Desired Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of IT processes and strategic development in a regulated environment. Familiarity with compliance regulations such as Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.
