The Technology Service Analyst supports the Technology Service Manager in managing technology suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This role involves supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, contract administration, and facilitating governance and reporting across the technology function. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor technology supplier performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for outsourced services and IT performance. Support contract management, including negotiation, documentation, and compliance tracking. Assist with technology risk reporting and adherence to governance frameworks. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement) to align supplier services with business goals. Coordinate resource management reporting, including demand vs. capacity utilization. Facilitate forums, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions. Skills and Experience Required Experience in supplier or vendor management within the financial services industry. Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
