You have extensive experience in child protection and court proceedings, and you work effectively with children and their families using a strength-based approach to ensure safety and development. You adhere to NYC’s practice model, applying systemic principles, signs of safety, and family seeing methodology. You are Social Work England registered with no annotations or restrictions and have been post-qualified for at least 3 years. What the Job Involves This is an office-based role focused on child welfare and protection. You will collaborate and communicate proficiently with the child’s network, multi-agency partners, and team colleagues to support and protect children. You will be required to navigate relevant child care legislation and engage in regular court-related tasks, ensuring compliance with new agency rules.
