The Role: TITLE: NIGHT HUB HOST (RECEPTIONIST) REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER LOCATION: CANARY WHARF SALARY: £26,500 PA WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY HOLIDAYS: 28 DAYS (inc Bank Holidays) The Hub is the heart of our co-living community, where culture and community come to life. As a Hub Host, youll ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all members at ARK Canary Wharf. Your passion for people and genuine desire to connect are essential. This exciting role is ideal for someone interested in learning all about the nuanced operations of a co-living space. Key Responsibilities: As a Hub Host, youll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests and members. Your daily responsibilities will include: Guest Services: Checking in and out hotel guests and long-stay members. Assisting with guest and member requests, acting as the first point of contact for any issues or inquiries. Responding promptly to emails, inquiries, and booking requests. Operational Support: Inspecting rooms and logging maintenance after the departure of long-stay members to ensure they meet our standards. Coordinating and booking parking spaces for guests. Logging maintenance requests and following up on their resolution. Community Building: Building positive relationships with guests and long-stay members, fostering a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Youllhave a dynamic schedule, working five days a week, including weekends, with the opportunity for occasional night shifts. WhatWereLooking For: Were looking for a professional, approachable, and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in a similar role (e.g.,receptionist, guest services, or front-of-house in hospitality). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
