As Chef de Partie , your responsibilities will be: Assist in food preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes. Support chefs in cooking tasks like sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking. Prepare mise en place and organize kitchen equipment before service.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation practices. Help with kitchen operations including restocking supplies, washing dishes, and cleaning.
