Core Responsibilities
- Promote OLA’s marketing work in the industry by submitting work to advertising and design award shows
- Work with Creative Services team on administration of Freelance contracts and budget tracking
- Aid Creative Services team with maintainingaccurate staffing information in Workfront platform
- Explore capabilities of Workfront tool and potential opportunities for capacity reporting and dashboards
- Participate with Creative Services team in evolving and iterating resource management process

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal Advertising Agency of the LEGO Group. OLA consists of approx. 500 employees located across Denmark, USA, UK, China and Singapore.OLA is a full-service agency servicing the internal business partners in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of Design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds.
Our purpose in Project Portfolio Planning & Resourcing is cost and resource management, portfolio and traffic management.The Creative Services team is responsible for the staffing and resource management of the Concept & Campaign and Brand Experience Design teams.Our purpose is to ensure we have the right talent on the right briefs with the right amount of workload, and to leverage creatives’ passions and skillset to produce excellent creative work.
We collaborate across OLA to maintain an overview of creative resourcing at the portfolio level and project level to ensure consistent staffing, efficient freelance management, and motivated teams.
Do you have what it takes?
- Enrolled in university, studying a relevant topic: Advertising, Design, Communications, Psychology, Business, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Works well in a team setting.
- Curious and willing to learn, ready to ask questions.
- Interest in Advertising or Design industry.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- English at a professional level.
