Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Specialist, CRM Campaign Operations” as part of the Membership & Personalisation team within LEGO Market & Channels Central Marketing.
Please note the work location is in our London HUB and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
You will be accountable for advanced delivery leadership and craft excellence within CRM Campaign Operations. The role owns complex campaign builds, specialist domains (e.g. module library and IP health), mentoring of Specialists, and operational standards execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered with high quality, scalability, and consistency.
You will bring strong organisational skills, a data-driven mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This role will sit within the CRM Campaign Operations team, and you will report directly to the Senior Manager - CRM Campaign Operations.
- Own the execution of complex CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs, including data selection, automation, utilisation of personalised components, deployment and validation within SFMC and related tooling.
- Take accountability for delivery accuracy, readiness, and adherence to build standards for high-impact or high-complexity campaigns.
- Act as a quality champion, applying QA frameworks and raising the bar on operational standards across builds, personalisation, and data usage.
- Review and improve templates, modules, and workflows to increase consistency and scalability.
- Own one or more specialist domains (e.g. IP health or module library), ensuring guidelines and documentation are maintained.
- Drive automation and reuse opportunities to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Create and maintain operational playbooks, documentation, and onboarding materials for the areas you own.
- Mentor Campaign Operations Specialists, providing guidance on build quality, tooling, and problem solving.
- Actively engage with Product, Engineering, Testing, and Performance teams to surface operational requirements, implement testing plans, and embed findings into standards.
- Support rollout of new tooling and ways of working into daily operations.
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows, templates, and tooling usage that improve speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute expert input into operational initiatives led by the Manager.

Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated experience in CRM campaign operations or related field.
- Proven success in managing and delivering effective CRM campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in front-end development languages, with essential expertise in HTML and AMPscript to facilitate effective personalisation.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.'
- Diligent with strong organisational abilities.
