If you are excited about supply chain planning and execution, you may be the perfect fit for the Finished Goods (FG) Planning Specialist role. You will be a key member of the Finished Goods Planning team, responsible for planning how LEGO products are manufactured and delivered into the hands of customers.
As a Planning Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain processes. You will analyze data to deliver actionable insights that improve operations—from material ordering through to production.
Core Responsibilities
Create and maintain a mid-term (3–8 week) production schedule using the capacity plan, material constraints, and demand as key inputs.
Own the optimization of Supply and Inventory Planning processes and routines.
Provide direction throughout the supply planning process to ensure healthy inventory and coverage levels that support delivery of critical metric targets.
Provide visibility into mid-term and long-term capacity utilization and stock levels.
Analyze demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and available capacity.
Drive solutions to identify, reduce, and eliminate short- or long-term gaps in supply plans.
Clearly communicate our manufacturing partners' current production status to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Supply Planning team to deploy the demand/supply plan across the APAC region.
Coordinate production solutions for new product introductions (Novelties) through end-of-life (Exit), ensuring a balanced supply and demand alignment.
Take responsibility for supply planning reporting in Power BI.
Create performance reports for management review.
Monitor and collect data from current operations, including scheduling, production, and delivery.
Gather data on each step of plant operations and recommend changes to reduce time and costs.
Identify pain points in processes and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
Support departmental initiatives that drive improvements in processes and capabilities across the organization; identify opportunities to enhance the planning process and lead projects to completion.
Ensure strong communication and integration with other planning teams, shop floor planners, shipping, and other stakeholders.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You could be our new Planning Specialist, supporting the Planning Director to establish a new Planning team in an extraordinary factory—ensuring our exciting products reach children in the most efficient way possible. You will also provide full analytical support for the Planning & Shipping operation, including advance planning information, progress monitoring, reporting, and more.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, planning data analysis, or digitalization.
Strong VBA knowledge is required.
Basic knowledge of Information Technology and proficiency in Office applications (MS Office, Power BI); an IT background is a plus.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems (especially planning parameter control) is required; experience with data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Python, machine learning) is a plus.
Solid understanding of the S&OP process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proven professional working style with demonstrated ability to provide effective support in a matrix environment—working successfully with large, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.
Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
