Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of current production processes with regard to work safety, product quality and enforcement of environmental protection principles
Ensures the preparation of the master, the correct setting of the line and the subsequent correct start of production orders in the required time and quality
Informing the superior in case of non-compliance with standards, 5S, non-fulfillment of the standard, according to the agreed rules
Compliance with 5S
Compliance with internal rules
Is able to identify a problem on the line and call for help
Do you have what it takes?
Experience with manufacturing in the industrial sector is an advantage
Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly
Communication skills, clear expression
Ability to work together in a team
High degree of flexibility/shift rotation if necessary
Positive attitude
