Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy Automatizálási Mérnök?
- A Moulding (Fröccsöntés) területén automatizált rendszerek és folyamatok karbantartása, fejlesztése és tesztelése
- A géphibából adódó állásidő minimalizálása (kiküszöbölése) a karbantartás eszközeivel
- A gépek rendelkezésre állásának biztosítása, a műszakos karbantartókkal és specialistákkal együttmüködve
- A Moulding Karbantartók segítése technikai kérdésekben, különböző speciális automatizálással kapcsolatos oktatások szervezése, megtartása
- A Moulding Karbantartás területéhez kapcsolódó karbantartási, projekt feladatok elvégzése, prokatív részvétellel
- Automatizált technológiák bevezetésének, üzemeltetésének támogatása
- A területeken felvett automatizáláshoz köthető korrektiv akciók nyomonkövetése, rövid és hosszútávú akciók tervezése, végrahajtása
- Kapcsolattartás és együttműködés a társszervezetekkel (helyi és globál szervezetek)
- Automatizáláshoz köthető munkautasítások, oktatási anyagok készitése, szakmai tudás átadása a karbantartók számára
- Speciális meghibásodások elháritása
- Fejlesztési javaslatok, új ötletek, újítások megtervezése, kivitelezése
Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:
- Releváns mérnöki végzettség
- Legalább 3 év szakirányú tapasztalat
- PLC, SCADA, automatizálási ismeretek (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell)
- Tárgyalóképes angol, magyar nyelvismeret (szóban és írásban)
- Dinamikus és magabiztos fellépés, önálló döntéshozatali készség
- Kiváló problémamegoldó képesség
- Önálló és proaktív munkavégzés
