Flexible spending and health savings accounts. Job Details What You’ll Do Lead and maintain the hospital-wide Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and internal standards; prepare for and coordinate regulatory and accreditation surveys. Monitor quality, safety, and patient experience data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Oversee risk management activities, including incident reporting, claims notification, corrective action planning, and root cause analysis. Maintain and update required hospital plans, including patient safety, infection control, utilization review, leadership, and information management. Develop, review, and implement hospital policies and procedures. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient complaints and improve care delivery. Provide education and guidance on regulatory requirements and quality standards across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred. License or certification as required by state regulations. Prior experience in quality and/or risk management, including performance improvement, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and risk mitigation. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership. Interested in hearing more?
