Act as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff. Oversee nursing care, treatment, and services during designated shifts. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and counseling as needed. Engage with patients to understand and support their physical, mental, and emotional needs for optimal recovery. Celebrate patient milestones along their journey to wellness. Qualifications: Current RN licensure as per state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire. CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting. Experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
