Become the Nurse Supervisor You’ve Always Dreamed of Being Your rewarding journey will include: Contributing to the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing care and treatment during assigned shifts or in designated units. Overseeing staff performance through immediate feedback, annual evaluations, and addressing performance counseling and disciplinary actions. Providing direct patient care as needed and creating meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrating patient successes and milestones. Qualifications for Success Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of employment. CRRN certification to be acquired within a year of meeting eligibility criteria. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital environment within the last five years. Experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, with responsibilities including interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
