Become the Nurse Supervisor You’ve Always Wanted to Be Your impactful journey includes: Helping in the development and execution of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Acting as a crucial link between administration, nursing management, and staff. Overseeing nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on specific units. Monitoring and managing staff with immediate feedback, annual evaluations, and the implementation of performance counseling and discipline as necessary. Providing patient care as needed and establishing meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrating patient victories along the way! Qualifications Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. BLS certification required, with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of start date. CRRN certification to be achieved within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred. Minimum of two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years.
