An advanced degree or certification is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership role within Long-Term Care is preferred. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. An interest in the nursing needs of elderly and chronically ill patients. Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
