In this versatile role, you will provide essential clinical support across several local outpatient clinics, adapting to various patient care needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care in outpatient settings. Float between assigned clinics to meet patient care requirements and enhance clinic operations. Conduct clinical assessments, triage patients, and provide education in partnership with healthcare providers. Facilitate care coordination, documentation, and follow-up to ensure seamless continuity of care. Adhere to clinical policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Licensure/Certification: Must hold a current RN license in the state and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as a Healthcare Provider. Relevant certifications as determined by the position level are also required. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
