NB: This position is located in Copenhagen, and relocation assistance is not available.
Core Responsibilities:
As the Membership Events Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of Rewards & Benefits Mechanics, you'll play a key role within the Membership & Personalization Operations & Development team.
Your focus will be on integrating a membership perspective at both local and global events to deliver member program awareness and value as well as drive commercial benefits and a positive ROI.
You'll lead the operation and optimization of event mechanics and processes, ensuring member events are exciting and compelling, contributing to a best-in-class Membership Program.
By partnering with multiple business areas, you'll drive the recruitment of new members, enhance activation and identification of existing members, and work towards improving their Client Lifetime Value.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Membership activations at events (backlog & prioritisation) that supports the overall Membership Benefits & Rewards Offering Strategy and Direction.
- Drive the LEGO Group members events capability model in partnership with the Product and Enablement Teams (processes and governance, business rules and business compliance).
- Drive the Member Events concept design and development (including ideation, testing & validation) of exciting and innovative activations, in partnership with Product, Membership Growth & Acquisition with and other skilled teams.
- Drive the creation of Member Events Playbooks (design, processes, structures, business rules, T&C’s) for the operation and evaluation of how membership shows up at events, to maximise value creation.
- Drive the delivery of Member Event Mechanics across Core and Flex that influence behaviours like sign-up, identification, retention and satisfaction at events and deliver back to the overall Membership Strategy.
- Design and optimise Member events Rewards Program structures, including member offerings, points accrual, redemption rules and other mechanics, to maximise value creation for members at events.
- Actively partner with the Membership Enablement Team to own & brief activation requirements for events – including asset creation, setup and measurement KPIs.
- Work with LEGO Retail, Business Unit’s / DCE, Stores, Expansion Partners on relevant activations

Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience in membership, with expertise in coordinating a membership layer at events, including in-store events, within an operations role. Demonstrated focus on event integration and process improvement. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with navigating and building support among diverse group of stakeholders in global company, including experience with how to work with product and tech teams
- Great communication skills (written and oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on a solid foundation
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
- As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and set clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excel at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders
