Job Responsibilities Maintain guest room cleanliness, ensuring all bath and kitchen areas are spotless, floors are cleaned through vacuuming or mopping, trash is removed, and furnishings are dusted and polished. Uphold the exterior appearance of rooms by cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, and windows, and ensuring surrounding outdoor areas are trash-free. Ensure that all areas of the hotel meet company cleanliness standards, even if not specifically assigned to your area. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and quality presentation. Promptly notify your supervisor of any safety or security policy violations and address guest concerns. Operate housekeeping equipment efficiently and maintain supply levels by restocking your cart. Inform the head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready for guests. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests. Skills/Experience Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience and a solid understanding of operational procedures and techniques in housekeeping and laundry. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma. Alternative combinations of education, training, or experience that provide the needed knowledge and skills are also considered. Stand for eight-hour shifts. Be prepared for potential exposure to extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold.
