Certified CRNA Start ASAP for 6 month assignment Full-time or part-time availability accepted Shifts may include 8, 10, 12, 24 hours; OB: 2x 24-hour shifts and occasional 12-hour shifts; OR: 7a-3:30p, 7a-5:30p; shifts are available as blocks Cases include GI, neuro, OB, GYN, healthy peds 2 years, ortho, regional blocks, etc., must be able to do OR and OB EMR Cerner Providers must be out of state Active FL license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, clean background/malpractice/legal, 24 months of case logs required Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided Please refer to job ID 6597
