Your role will include: Fostering a nurturing environment and delivering personalized assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Administering prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and overall health to communicate any changes to the charge nurse. Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs to enhance residents' quality of life. Maintaining cleanliness and order in living areas through light housekeeping and laundry services. Qualifications We welcome applicants with the following qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. You must be at least 18 years of age and prior experience as a nursing assistant in long-term care is appreciated. Completion of the required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course is mandatory depending on your location of practice (Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota). Annual continuing education credits (at least 12 hours) and maintenance of all necessary certifications are necessary.
