Our amazing TURCAT (Turkey and Caucasus) Marketing team is looking for its newest PR & Influencer marketing expert! This role is key in translating global campaigns into culturally relevant local executions while building meaningful brand engagement and fandom.

Core Responsibilities:
- Owning and shaping the local PR agenda proactively identifying storytelling opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and cultural impact
- Translating Global PR campaign ideas into locally relevant executions
- Leading local PR projects, influencer strategy and communication plans end-to-end, from ideation and briefing to execution
- Working closely with Brand, Digital and Trade Marketing Managers to deliver strategically aligned, creatively strong and measurable event and partnership communications
- Amplify event and partnership reach via paid-organic social media and content partnerships
- Define clear targets and evaluate the success of the activations
- Build and manage Adult LEGO Fans and LEGO Fandom by identifying value-aligned brand ambassadors fostering long-term relationships
- Leading PR agency management and accountable for PR & influencer Budget
Do you have what it takes?
- PR, event and influencer marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand
- You enjoy working with different partners (both internal and external) across the region with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Open to learn and strong problem solver
- Fluent both in English and Turkish languages
