Our amazing commercial team at LEGO TURCAT (Turkey, Central Asian Territories and Caucasian countries) is looking for its newest member as Account Manager. The position requires strong commercial savvy, analytical capability, and hands-on execution attitude to drive sustainable growth while maintaining LEGO brand standards – if you feel you have the determination and capabilities, do not hesitate to apply!
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive regular performance tracking of Consumer Sales, Sell-in, In-stocks, Sell-through and other indicators, ensuring clear visibility and structured follow-up with Channel Head
- Prepare and analyze sales and stock reports, translating data into actionable insights and supporting commercial decision-making
- Coordinate execution of monthly priorities, campaign activations and promotional mechanics across all LCS stores
- Collaborate closely with the partner’s store operations, field teams and trade marketing to drive executional excellence in-store (VM standards, launch visibility, activity implementation)
- Support commercial readiness and performance tracking for store openings, renovations and new format implementations
- Act as the operational link between TR LCS Channel Head, internal teams and the LCS partner, ensuring alignment and timely execution of agreed actions
- Create impactful sales presentations, positioning products/services based on market insights

The team defines and drives the channel strategy to deliver sales targets, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen long-term partner collaboration.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven work experience in Sales support, Account Management or Commercial Operations functions
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Teams (Advanced Excel skills - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach
- Effective presentation and writing skills both in English and Turkish
- Open to learn and being a strong problem solver
