RESPONSIBILITIES Internalize and exemplify THE WAY . Execute the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service flawlessly for every Guest. Warmly welcome and thank each Guest, fostering a welcoming environment. Consistently maintain a clean and safe space for both Guests and Team Members. Promptly answer phone calls and provide service in a courteous and grateful manner. Safeguard the financial interests of Guests and Hideaway Pizza with diligence. Create an enjoyable and lively environment at all times. REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 16 years old. Possess and maintain required certifications, including Food Handlers. Be flexible with work hours, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events. Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and training materials. Meet physical demands of the role: standing for 8 hours, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, stooping, carrying 25 pounds, and cleaning duties.
