About the Role We are looking for Master's-level professionals who excel at facilitating groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a fully remote telehealth environment. We seek group facilitators who are deeply committed to our mission of delivering life-saving mental health treatment. Responsibilities Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date. Check in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at least once a month. Respond to all email and Slack communications promptly, within 48 hours. Review applicable curriculum before group sessions commence. Arrive approximately 10 minutes early to facilitate all groups for the full hour. Utilize Charlie Health's curriculum and best practices to facilitate groups. Facilitate groups for a variety of age groups and cohorts as necessary. Encourage client engagement and foster a positive group atmosphere, promoting active participation. Follow operational policies and procedures in line with Charlie Health best practices. Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team meetings and Group Supervision sessions. Work closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches. Maintain professional communication with all clients, staff, families, and agencies. Ensure timely documentation of treatment notes within the required 24-hour timeframe. Uphold professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Availability to work weeknights (3-8 PM) and Saturdays. Master's degree in mental health or a related field (see examples below). Experience with diverse age groups in intensive treatment settings. Proficient in multiple treatment modalities, integrating them effectively into practice. Strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment alongside individual therapy. Ability to engage clients in effective telehealth sessions. Reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions. Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools and EMR software.
