Job Summary: We are seeking a Member Services Coordinator to play a lead role in daily operations of our membership services team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this leadership role, you will assist with customer inquiries, promote club services, conduct site tours, and help build strong relationships with both prospective and current members. Responsibilities: Provide customer support by assisting in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain an exceptional experience for all members. Lead efforts to create awareness of the center through local outreach activities and foster strong community connections. Drive the growth of profit centers by promoting club services to new and prospective members. Support membership retention by engaging with current members, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience. Oversee the delivery of engaging, informative, and personalized site tours for potential members. Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members to maintain a high-performing staff. Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the club. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required when working as a Manager in Duty. Energetic, friendly, and personable with a dynamic personality that inspires others. Strong multitasking skills, goal-oriented, and self-directed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and motivate others. Professional demeanor with polished appearance and phone manner. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $19.60 - $20.60/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
