Pinellas Anxiety Specialists, a growing private practice in Palm Harbor, is looking for a full or part-time psychotherapist to join our group practice. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Florida, preferably registered with CAQH, and paneled with insurance. Compensation is a percentage based on income received and paid out monthly. Preference for therapists with niche(s) in couples, trauma, EMDR, or children. Pinellas Anxiety Specialists provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and flexible. We provide: • Steady stream of referrals • Competitive compensation • A receptionist who answers calls, schedules intake appointments, and verifies insurance benefits • Comfortable shared office space • $1,500 sign on bonus with EMDR or Gottman certification Responsibilities: • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient • Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members • Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary • Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs Qualifications: • Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required • Position requires a master's in counseling or social work, or a doctorate in psychology Compensation: $55,000 • Compensation: $55,000 per year
