Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state standards. Working collaboratively with the medical team, you will provide compassionate, personalized care by following established nursing practices such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients and their families, upholding our organization’s values to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient's conditions during admission and throughout each shift, reporting any changes in status. Perform medical procedures as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation of all care provided. Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and responding appropriately to any adverse effects. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions, ensuring that they fully understand the information. Qualifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.
