What You Will Do As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide exceptional personalized care. Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to optimize patient care planning and implementation. Your essential responsibilities will include: Providing care across all aspects of preventive health, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Planning and coordinating patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, educating patients, triaging cases, and executing various nursing interventions. Practicing within the nursing scope while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. A current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must secure and maintain all department-specific competencies and certifications.
