Please note: This position is at Senior Manager Specialist level, and we do not offer relocation.
Core Responsibilities
Act as a trusted sparring partner to the two Leadership Teams, bridging financial insights and leadership with commercial priorities, product development decisions and market dynamics.
Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations to support short and long-term decision‑making in evolving or ambiguous commercial environments.
Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business cases for product development, innovation, and solution investments.
Lead financial planning processes—forecasting, target setting, and performance reviews
Evaluate channel profitability, pricing strategies, discount structures, and reseller incentives to drive sustainable growth
Provide commercial and financial insight to guide the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between market opportunities, educational impact, and business value.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across product, commercial, marketing, operations, and global teams to deliver LEGO Education’s strategy and growth
Co-drive the broader LEGO Education Finance agenda together with finance and enabling function colleagues, ensuring a consistent partnering approach with peers.

The Senior Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in driving the success of LEGO Education by providing integrated, data‑driven financial sparring and elevating decision‑making across commercial, operational, and product innovation activities. You will partner closely with the LEI (LEGO Education International) VP, Leadership Team and organization to optimize commercial and reseller performance, and with the PX (Product Experience) VP, Leadership Team and organization to guide product investment choices, business cases, and the global product roadmap.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background combined with solid experience in finance and demonstrated excellence in business partnering. You have proven experience with product development and/or commercial business partnering as well as exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, across commercial and/or product ecosystems. In addition, we expect that you bring:

Strong ability to make confident recommendations in ambiguous or evolving contexts
