Steer people strategy and transformation across high-impact business areas of the LEGO Group.
Step in as a senior People Partner to drive strategic partnering across Sustainability, LEGO Brand Park & Experiences, LEGO Holding, Corporate Brand Communications and the Executive Support team. This role will shape people strategy, enable organizational change and growth, and partner closely with senior leaders to drive capability, engagement, and performance.

Core Responsibilities
Provide strategic partnering to five areas: Sustainability, LEGO Brand Park & Experiences, LEGO Holding, Corporate Brand Communications and the Executive Support team.
Offer strategic advice and set directions for each area’s people agenda, aligned with the LEGO Group’s transition toward stronger ownership across the value chain.
Steer organizational change processes and enable each area to deliver on future direction, including capability assessment and building processes; support the teams in organizational development and talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda.
Act as a trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.
Ensure the effective and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
Oversee recruitment prioritization and organizational/workforce governance in each area, including org design principles (e.g., spans and layers, FTR baseline).

The Partnering & Operations organization covers People Partnering (HR Business Partnering) as well as local Operations, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and execution. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes, considering geographical and site nuances.
This role will partner closely with distinct, high-impact areas closely connected to our strategic agenda – Sustainability, LEGO Brand Park & Experiences, LEGO Holding, Corporate Brand Communications, and the Executive Support team.
Do you have what it takes?
Established and demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner in global, matrixed organizations, partnering with senior leaders (SVP level). Background in innovative, commercially focused businesses is a strong asset.
Proven track record demonstrating strategic insight, with experience in organizational development and medium- to large-scale transformations.
Skilled in driving change and advancing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Experience in capability assessment and development.
Strong stakeholder management, with excellent written and verbal communication; adept at building effective relationships across all organizational levels and with external institutions.
Proficient business acumen, with extensive knowledge of project work, tools, and Agile ways of working.
Data-driven, able to inform proposals and influence decisions, particularly with compensation data and statutory reports.
Open-minded, structured, and highly collaborative. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
