We are looking for a Student Worker in our LEGO Account Experience team. Come and help us increase the operational rigor that enables to learn fast and move in the right direction with the innovative strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Product analytics and experimentation:
- Instrument metrics, build and maintain dashboards for North Star/Key Results; set reporting cadence.
- Support experiment design (hypotheses, success criteria, sample size, instrumentation) and run post-mortems; maintain an experiment results repository
- Improve data quality.
Documentation and PM operations:
- Close gaps in product documentation (decision logs, release notes/product updates).
- Maintain and enrich the roadmap with latest insights, risks, dependencies, and capacity scenarios; ensure stakeholder visibility.
Market research and competitive analysis:
- Compare our offering against consumer expectations and key competitors (e.g., family sharing, parental controls).

LEGO Account digital product is part of the Digital Ecosystem Engagement product area with a vision to establish a trusted digital foundation that unifies account management and ecosystem access, enabling users of all ages to seamlessly engage and discover the full value of the LEGO digital ecosystem.
For this role we are seeking an entrepreneurial student worker who wants to bring their passion for data to our team to help us shape the future of how we approach product analytics for the product improvements around the LEGO Account end to end experience. You will be embedded in a cross-funtional digital product team, learning first-hand from an experienced product manager, alongside engineering, design, and business colleagues. Across the area, there will be many opportunities to develop hands-on skills for product testing, experimentation, and operational analytics.

Do you have what it takes?
- Currently completing a Bachelors or Masters Degree within the fields of Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Management, or similar.
- Passion for or experience with software development, product management, agile, or digital analytics is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with product metrics.
- Experimentation basics, and data storytelling.
- Familiarity with the principles and practices of data engineering.
- A structured quick learner and a natural of curiosity to look for the “so what” behind trends identified in data.
- Open, collaborative communication style and comfort in proactively creating new ways of doing things in partnership with product, design, engineering, data, and marketing colleagues.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience setting up core “pulse” for a digital product.
- Experience creating data products and working within an Agile development team.
- Experience working with Confluence and JIRA.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
- Additional language skills a plus but not required.
