Responsibilities: Deliver immediate post-operative care to surgical patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing anesthesia symptoms. Administer medications and follow treatment plans as directed by the medical team. Work closely with surgical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions from the operating room to recovery. Educate patients and families on post-operative care, addressing pain management and potential complications. Maintain thorough and timely documentation per hospital protocols.
