Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents. Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up consultations. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions. Carefully monitor and manage patient medications, along with referrals to specialists. Educate patients and families about preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Collaborate with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. Mentor midlevel clinical providers to nurture all aspects of patient care. Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Pediatrics or board eligible. Active medical license in Connecticut. Experience with Electronic Medical Records is strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
