Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient format. Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe medications as required. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in patient care. Experience autonomy in your practice, prioritizing patient interests without corporate administrative interference. Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from the comfort of your home, with the option to choose your working hours (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and clinical conferences, attending at least one conference weekly for the first 90 days, and one monthly thereafter. Job Requirements: Active PMHNP license with willingness to obtain licensing in additional states. At least 1 year of experience as a PMHNP. A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a diverse healthcare team. Proficiency in computer and technology applications. Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments, along with knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management expertise. Salary Range: $70-$100 USD per hour.
