Job Summary As a Registered Nurse in our clinic, you will: Answer patient inquiries over the phone, assessing their symptoms using triage algorithms. Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers. Document interactions and ensure patients' health information is updated timely. Maintain and develop triage protocols and educate patients based on their calls. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is ideal. One year of healthcare experience is preferred. Possess a current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you practice and maintain required competencies.
