Shifts available: day shift, night shift, mid shift Job types available: full time, part time, per diem Employer features: 401(K), life insurance, medical coverage, sign-on bonus, paid time off Qualifications: Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license 1 year of experience in stepdown/progressive care, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium to high acuity settings preferred BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation Proficient with electronic medical record systems Responsibilities: Deliver specialized nursing care for patients, closely monitoring vital signs and IV drips Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately and promptly Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on effective management of their conditions Maintain accurate and timely patient records in alignment with hospital policies Benefits: Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance Salary: $48,920 to $94,690 per year
