Available Shifts: Day, Night, and Mid Shift Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem Employer Features: 401(K), Cross training, Life Insurance, Medical benefits, Sign-on bonus, PTO Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher Active and unencumbered RN license 1 years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred ACLS certification is a plus Ability to work effectively under stress Familiarity with advanced medical equipment and procedures Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities: Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and physiological parameters, and provide appropriate care Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring Partake in rapid response and emergency situations effectively Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to create and implement care plans Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans.
