About the Job CNA/HHA (FT/PT) (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Shift) (6:00 AM-2:00 PM) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND! FULL AND PART-TIME AVAILABILITY. Responsibilities: Assisting residents with daily ADL's. Helping the residents to maintain good personal hygiene. Assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Providing routine individualized healthcare needs. Monitoring or reporting changes in health status. Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report. Discussing observations with leader. Recording vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate. Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA License.
