Join our dedicated team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct Veteran Medical Disability Exams (VA DBQs) in a flexible, part-time role. Our independent exam group focuses on VA disability determination exams within structured clinics, ensuring no administrative burden and a predictable workflow. Key Responsibilities: Perform forensic, low-acuity outpatient disability exams using VA DBQs. Conduct evaluations only; no ongoing care, prescribing, procedures, or treatment plans/follow-ups. Complete focused history and physical exams and document objective findings. Review necessary records and submit DBQs accurately and on time. Utilize our electronic platform; documentation is done remotely after clinic hours. Work Schedule: Set your availability with no minimum hours or commitment required. No nights, call, or weekends. Enjoy defined clinic blocks at HCRI-leased, equipped medical offices. Compensation: Earn $30 per completed/accepted DBQ, paid monthly. Typical productivity ranges around $60 to $100 per hour based on exam mix and pace. Receive a $5,000 bonus after completing 500 accepted DBQs. Example Earnings: 8-hour day: $540-$900 10 hours/week: $600-$900 20 hours/week: $1,200-$1,800 Training and Support: Malpractice coverage provided. Onboarding takes approximately 6-8 hours and is self-paced. Receive free VA training, which is also CME-eligible. Applicants must provide their own computer and reliable internet access. Requirements: Active NP or PA license in good standing in a participating state. New graduates are welcome; experience with VA or disability exams is not required.
