Urolithiasis ? Voiding dysfunction ? Prostate disorders ? Erectile dysfunction ? Urologic malignancies Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies , prostate biopsies , urodynamic studies Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs Supervise and teach residents and medical students Maintain a caseload of 10–12 patients per day Qualifications MD/DO degree Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology U.S. Citizenship Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient safety and High-Reliability Organization principles Comfortable supervising and teaching learners Why San Antonio?
