Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Take over ownership of production equipments that are handover from NPI team and ensure that there's proper documentations, training and uncompleted changes.
Optimise & Own- Set and lead governance and technical strategy across multiple sites.
Multi-site / single-country; multiple subcontractors.
Strategy, governance, capability roadmap, escalations.
Defines KPI framework (yield, OEE, FPY, Cpk, cost).
Approves major changes, deviations, investments.
Leads QBR/MBR and sets performance & working standards frameworks.
Owns PP to MP readiness gates, capability alignment, cross-site equipment reuse.
Sets standards (PFMEA, SPC, DOE), drives automation roadmap.
Coordinate & execute LAL projects like material,tooling, manufacturing / test process enhancement.
Leads Tier-1 escalations and systemic corrective actions.
Operations leadership, SQE, R&D, Program Mgmt, Redefine business processes.
Manages & mentor managers/multi-site teams; builds competencies.
Strong B2B business model understanding and associated speed of entrepreneurial execution.
Owns adherence to corporate and industry standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements is a must have.
Champions dashboards, MES integration, analytics.
Owns & drive continuous Improvements portfolio and prioritization.
Plan and achieve SRS and PfP responsibilities.
Owns process risk register and backup plans.
Do you have what it takes?
Familiar with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Supplier) is a must.
Experience in manufacturing/process engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong background in supplier or subcontractor management.
Expertise in defining business processes that will strengthen LEGO's operating processes.
Owns process risk register and backup plans.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, DOE, and structured problem-solving.
