Are you a graphic print expert and excellent at leading and developing people?
As the leader of the Graphic Print Team, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality print materials that empower internal stakeholders to make informed decisions. Your contributions will support marketing efforts, enhancing presentations for leadership meetings and showcasing our portfolio effectively. By aligning with organizational goals and optimizing resources, you'll drive success across the PMD area.
Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction and a visionary roadmap for the Graphic Print Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation within print production.
Provide supervision for team operations, working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of daily activities and strategic projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and new business ideas, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team to be ahead of the game. Keep track of the latest advancements advanced technologies.
Drive a strong team culture by promoting collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
Drive inspiring and thought leadership Lead by example in personal development and support the upskilling of team members.
Engage with internal stakeholders to align print outputs with broader project goals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Extend your superpowers by creating a network of specialist collaborators who can add a magical twist when its needed. Then lead these exceptional freelancers, external expert partners and companies to their maximum potential through sharing common values.
Manage resources and budgets efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve financial objectives.
Demonstrate accountability by supporting team decisions, committing to agreed directions, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Requirements
Extensive experience in digital print production, large format printing, and operation of plotters and laser cutting equipment.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Proven experience in managing production processes and budgets effectively.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring safety in print production activities, including compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
You keep yourself up to date with new trends and tendencies within your field.
Technologically adept and personally resilient, you thrive on exploration and innovation, seeking new frontiers to create space for creativity and growth.
