We are looking for anenthusiasticstudent worker to our GAME Operations team ineither Copenhagen orBillund Denmark, who can help us deliver fantastic Gaming, Activations and Metaverse Experiences for Kids.
Core Responsibilities
- Drivethe end-to-endgamemoderation workflow,including:runningweekly moderationsessionsby playingand searchingUGCgames/assets;tracking anddocumentingcases;and reportingviolationswithvariousexternalpublisherpartners.
- Assistincreatingandoptimizingtemplates and processesrelated togamemoderation, collaborating within theGAMEModerationManagerand the widerLEGO GAMECreatorsteam.
- General supportfor ad-hoc tasks and projects

As a student worker,you will join our GAME Operationsdepartmentandget an opportunity to be part oftheGameModeration team,with a special focus on User Generated Content (UGC) and player experiences.Fromreviewing UGCbrandcompliance andsupporting inproviding transparency tothe wider GAMEteam, this is an opportunity to get handson experience within the field ofoperationsand brand governance, whilegaining special insights into the LEGO Brandandutlizingyourkeen eye for creativity.

Do you have what it takes?
- Youare able towork at a minimum of 10-15hours per weekeitherin our officeatLøvstrædeinCopenhagen orHavremarkenin Billund.
- We imagine that you area masterleverstudent, or in the final year of yourbachelor'sdegree. Youreducationalfocus is business-related suchasMarketing, Communications, Graphic/MultimediaDesign, Game Design/Development,orequivalent.
- You arepassionate about theBusiness of theGaming Industryand areeager to learn new stuffwith a go-do attitude.
- You arecomfortable with working independently in a trusting and virtual environment.
- You havestrong communicationskills and ahighattention to detail.
- Youhave the ability toapproach tasksbothwithstructure andprocess,and creativeorientedmindset.
- English at a professional level.
- Open mind to technical environment andstrong IT skills across theMichrosoftsuite(primarillyExcel, Microsoft Lists, Word).
