Core Responsibilities: our new colleague will beresponsible for the Employee and Labour relations agenda and policies for LEGO Manufacturing Kft. in Nyíregyháza. In more details -
- Being sure our policies are being constantly updated and harmonized according to the local legal requirements and aligned with the other factories
- Playing a key role in reaching the Collective Agreement in collaboration with the Workers council and Trade Union
- Being responsible of the revitalization of the Employee Handbook
- Leading the local disciplinary process, managing the cases
- Supporting different Compensation&Benefits related activities + Reward benchmarks
- Representing the local company on global employee relations topics and initiatives
- Supporting Mobility and Relocation of the employees (both in & out HU)

Nyíregyháza is home to one of seven LEGO factories in the world. LEGO Manufacturing Kft., employer of more than 4500 people, significantly contributes to the success story of the family-owned toy company committed to large-scale developments.
This role plays a crucial part in the People Partnering (HR) department of the factory, being a key responsible in safeguarding our policies to stay relevant, and employees are treated as our most important stakeholders.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in HR Operations – preferably by a multinational/production company
- Experience with HRIS systems, excel and data analytics tools
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide quality and timely customer service
- Interest and ability to learn quickly
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
