Job Description
- Oversee and manage all sales performance and operations within the country.
- Ensure achievement of sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through targets by product, area, and segment.
- Collaborate with the Regional BU to align sales strategies across the region.
- Monitor market changes, customer activity, and competitor trends to inform sales strategies.
- Drive B2B sales growth and foster strong relationships with B2B partners.
- Manage compliance requirements across all sales activities, ensuring minimal incidents.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the country sales team, managing performance and talent development.
- Coordinate with other country Heads of Sales to implement unified regional strategies.
- Provide insights to the Country Manager to guide local decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in technology or solution sales.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic B2B deals.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiating, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of market demand, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
