Job Description
A Sales Information Lead is responsible for the assessment and implementation of defined sales operations KPIs and validates compliance of field sales in both general and modern trade channels that RGFC’s sales procedures and controls are adequate, operating properly, and in compliance with sales policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as:
- Sales system applications
- Data analysis
- Policy execution
- Operational efficiencies with area and key account managers
- Supervise the team while providing guidelines and coaching to achieve the company’s plans and vision.
- Organize workflow and ensure that other team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
