Graduate of any 4 year course/ 2 year course
Undergraduate can also apply (2 years)
6 months experience in Customer Service
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
Dayshift (8 A,M. - 5 P.M.)
Experience in Sales are also welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conducts outbound calls to high risk and orphan clients in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts.
Handle simple and general inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
Refer request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate clients' complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead
Provide excellent "front-line" service over the telephone at all times
