Understand and define the business objectives, clearly outline the problems, and risks it's solving. Define the roadmap and strategy surrounding the IAM platforms which service the enterprise and consumer facing channels. Execution on the product strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, define MVP and rollout plan Facilitate communication on roadmap progress with management level stakeholders and clients Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model Report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required 7+ years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required 4+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology 4+ years working with IAM platforms Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in the information security industry and with security software products Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization Experience in working with complex processes Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing prioritie Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required 7+ years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required 4+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology 4+ years working with IAM platforms Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions
