He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned
PROJECT:
• Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
• Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog
• Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog
• Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog
• Define requirements and functional specifications from the client’s stakeholders.
• Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
Job Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
• Must have excellent communication and business writing skills
• Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written
• Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables
• Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
