Responsibilities:
Procurement: Manage asset procurement and maintain vendor relationships.
Maintenance Programs: Develop cost-effective maintenance programs; monitor and audit maintenance schedules.
Fleet Optimization: Optimize fleet use, develop replacement strategies, and control expenses.
Facility Management: Oversee facility maintenance and resource allocation.
Legal Compliance: Manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Leadership: Supervise and develop facility and fleet teams.
Continuous Improvement: Implement programs to enhance efficiency.
Reporting: Maintain records and present performance reports.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications:
Experience in facility and fleet management, ideally in petroleum. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in management software; understanding of safety regulations. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Renumerations:
